· The way they use e-commerce is different to one another when it comes on how they sell their products and how they advertise their company.
2. Explain how the differing approaches toward electronic commerce are related to the differing goals of the businesses.
· Selling their products online using e-commerce would be a double step for their market sales.

3. Compare three of these sites in terms of visual appeal, organization, or any other characteristics you believe are relevant to your use of the site.
· Basically the three sites have different focuses. GAP focuses in all genders and ages while Eddie Bauer is on for men’s wears, J.Crew focuses on advertising and expanding their sales with also making their products available on all ages.
4. Assume you basically know what you want to buy as a gift. For each of the three sites, go through the process of defining exactly which catalog item you want and proceed to the shopping cart page. (Back out of that page unless you actually want to purchase the item you have selected.). As you go through this process, take notes on how many screens you have to go through, how complicated the process seems, and any other factors that seem relevant. Briefly compare the shopping experience at the three sites.
· There are steps to buy products online:
è Select the item that you want to buy (Account Registration might be needed in order to proceed to the next step.)
è Fill up the form with your credit card information otherwise if you have a paypal account to use, log in to it.
è Check your e-mail for a confirmation and for your priority number.
è A message will be sent to your e-mail address saying when it will be delivered or how many days it will be delivered.

6. Explain why you do or do not think it is appropriate for Honda to ask you to provide information about your utilities, insurance, child care, and other personal matters.
è It is important to provide personal information if you want to a get loan since it will be their basis if you are qualified for a loan or not.
7. Explain whether you believe these financial planning capabilities are a useful part of Honda's sales approach.
è Honda financial would help but on the same time might be a double edge since they manage charges automatically which is a problem for a loaner if how can they pay a Honda product.
